This creates a new type of insight:
AI-native competitive intelligence
Key metrics
Brand Insights is powered by key metrics such as AI Visibility Score and Share of Voice.

Use this to:
- Understand overall visibility
- Track presence across prompts
2. Competitive Comparison

You can see:
- Who appears more frequently
- Where competitors dominate
- Where your brand is missing
3. Positioning in AI Responses

- Top recommendation vs secondary mention
- Included vs excluded
- Context of mention
4. Sentiment & Framing

How to interpret your data
Case 1: Low mentions
If your brand appears rarely:
-> Your visibility in AI search is limited
Action:
Focus on increasing coverage across key prompts
Case 2: Competitors dominate
If competitors appear more often:
-> They are better represented in AI knowledge sources
Action:
Analyze competitor positioning and identify gaps
Case 3: Weak positioning
If your brand appears but not as a top recommendation:
-> Your authority or relevance may be weaker
Action:
Improve clarity and strength of your positioning
What to check first
When you open Brand Insights:
- Are you being mentioned?
- Who appears more than you?
- In which prompts are you missing?
Why this matters
